Terms and conditions:   The Event Sponsor(s) agrees to submit any written and or/graphic and/or

verbal materials in which The Shade Tree name and/or logo is used to The Shade Tree for review

and approval prior to it's release.   _____(initials).

To avoid (inadvertently) jeopardizing existing relationships between The Shade Tree Shelter and

its donors, the Event Sponsor(s) agree to receive approval from The Shade Tree before contacting

or soliciting any corporation, business, celebrity or individual for cash or in-kind donations relating

Nothing in this document shall be construed to authorize the Event Sponsor, or any of its employees

or representatives, to act as an agents of The Shade Tree (e.g. Sponsoring organization may not

open a bank account in The Shade Tree's name).   _____(initials).

WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN OUR COMMUNITY.
